We deliver our luxury eyewear across India and internationally. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly, but our luxury concierge team will keep you informed.

2. Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery within India typically takes 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. International shipping times vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and selected carrier.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages

Vikas Opticians takes extreme care in packaging your luxury frames securely. However, we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately on our official phone number so we can guide you, but the ultimate claim must be filed with the shipment carrier.
